REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:

Technical Services to Support MS4 General Permit Compliance and Regional Collaboration on Stormwater Management in Southern Maine

Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission (SMPDC), on behalf of the Southern Maine Stormwater Working Group (SMSWG) and the MS4-regulated communities within its region, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide technical and management assistance to MS4 municipalities in complying with Maine’s General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) requirements. Services requested include comprehensive stormwater management technical assistance, regulatory compliance support, and regional coordination for SMSWG member municipalities and newly designated MS4 communities.
