Maine Land Use Law Books

SMPDC has produced the Maine Land Use Law Books since 2018. These booklets are produced by our staff with the guidance of the attorney's at Bernstein Shur, with the goal of compiling the most relevant State of Maine land use laws in a convenient package for planners and local decision makers. 

 

The 2026 Edition of the Maine Land Use Law Book is almost complete! To prepare for printing, we have launched a preorder form. 

 

Books cost $20 each for SMPDC members, and $25 for non-members. You can also opt to pick up your books at our office in Saco to avoid shipping fees.
