SMPDC Economic Recovery Hub Program
 
The goal of the DECD-funded Economic Recovery Hub program is to provide assistance to small businesses that were impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. 
The SMPDC Class & Training Grant provides applicants with grant-funded training opportunities
 at York County Community College, York County Adult Education or other eligible institutions.

Business Eligibility

To qualify for an SMPDC Hub grant, your business must be located in one of the municipalities listed above.







Businesses with more than 25 employees do not qualify for SMPDC Hub grants.

SMPDC strongly recommends that applicants seek guidance from one of the region's free business counseling organizations prior to applying for a Hub Grant. Doing so greatly improves your application's likelihood of success.
